The theme of this month’s live marketing Q & A was website usability. I presented on the critical factors of website usability and what you need to consider for your own website to increase the number of client contacts you receive.

I also reviewed the websites of Sydney psychologist Maya Floyd and Sydney counsellor and psychotherapist Sue Stuart and discussed the factors of their website usability and made suggestions as to how they can improve their websites.
