Refund Policy

Australia Counselling & Consulting Pty Ltd  creator of Australia Counselling Directory, provides the following refund policy:

1. Within 30 days of the purchase of your Australia Counselling subscription, you may cancel your account via the clearly-marked contact form, under the “Contact” page, and we will refund the full amount you paid upon request.
2. No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancelled accounts.
3. All accounts on Australia Counselling are annual recurring memberships and we will send you a renewal notice 3 days before your annual renewal is due. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify us prior to your annual renewal date.
4. If you do not renew your account before the renewal date, your account will be deactivated and your membership fee will revert to the current fees. We delete accounts 1 week after a membership expires.
