  • We do not accept responsibility for any technical problems you may experience trying to get access to the live event.
  • If you cannot attend the live event, there will be a recording of the event for you to watch and download at your convenience.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or terminate an online training event and refuse any registration as permitted by law.
  • If for any reason Australia Counselling has to cancel the event due to technical failure or presenter illness, we will reschedule the event at a later date.
  • We reserve the right to change the presenter of a training event in certain circumstances. Naturally, if an event is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, you will be offered a credit note or full refund.
  • You should understand that the event training materials are copyright and you agree never to sell, rent or otherwise distribute your event training materials in any way.
  • All registrants are automatically included on the Australia Counselling mailing list which informs people about upcoming events, podcasts, training and helpful resources for therapists. We think that’s a really good thing, but of course you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.
