1. At the time of our broadcast, go to:

2. If you cannot see or hear the video after a few minutes on that page, come back here and click on this link then select "Viewers" to check system requirements and get troubleshooting steps.
3. If the troubleshooting page doesn't help send an email to support@australiacounselling.com.au with a description of what isn't working and any error messages you may have received. The team will reply with some more suggestions so you can get everything working.
4. If you can't make the live call, the video will be on a replay loop after the call is complete.
5. Bring your questions about WordPress and therapy websites and I will be answering them through the live chat function.
Three Troubleshooting Tips
If the simulcast was working, but at some point during the broadcast you experience a challenge, follow the "Refresh, Restart, Reboot" steps:

2. Restart your browser.
3. Reboot your computer.
